Hawaiian Lychee Colada

Servers 4 Hungry Piggies (18 oz Cups)


2 Cup Pina Colada
1 Cup Mai Tai Mix (Sweet & Sour)
500 g or 2 Cup of Pineapple
4 Cup Ice (3 Cup if you are using frozen pineapple)
1 Can of Lychee


Drain the juice from the can of lychees. Set it on the side. Add pineapple, pina colada and mai tai mix to the blender. Blend it for about 10 seconds until smooth. Add the ice and blend well. Lastly, add the drained lychees. Pulse for 1 second and do it 5-10 times until the lychees are chopped into size that are suitable for consuming through a straw.
